My Favorite Hair Products!
I use a lot of products in my hair…depending on how I want to style it. So here we go!
For gentle beach waves:

Not Your Mother’s Beach Babe Texturizing Sea Salt Spray! It smells fantastic and works great. I do recommend spraying it into your hands and then shaping your hair with your fingers or a brush. I have found that with my hair if you spray it directly on it makes it look a little greasy, other than that I love the stuff! Most drugstores – $5.99
For an out of bed texture:

L’Oreal Paris Out of Bed Texturizer! I have found that almost all their Studio Line products work well but they aren’t my favorite. This stuff really works and it smells great! It really does give your hair a messy and piecey effect. I always apply it with my hands and if you don’t put it in your hair right away it tends to make your hands sticky…and same for your hair but it dries right away and doesn’t give you that crunchy hair look. Most drugstores – $4.99
For Volumizing:
Suave Professionals Volumizing Root and Boost Spray! I have thin hair so this stuff is like my best friend. Right after I get out of the shower I dry my hair the best I can with a towel and then spray the roots with this, but only in the back! If you spray it all over it tends to make it frizzy. Then I blow dry my hair upside down to give it maximum volume. And then I style my hair the way I want. If your hair isn’t very thin, I don’t recommend blow drying your hair upside down. Most drugstores – $3.49
For heat protection:
Suave Professionals Heat Protection Spray! This spray makes my hair soo soft after styling it. I spray it before I blow dry my hair and again before I style it, if I’m using heat. I spray it on each layer before I straighten it or curl it. This spray really works. I have tried tons of products that claim to do the same thing, but my hair still ending up feeling like straw. With this spray it feels soft and it is shiny. Most drugstores – $3.49
For anti-frizz:
Suave Professionals Sleek Anti-Frizz Cream! This cream keeps things smooth, frizz free, and keeps fly aways down. If you use too much of this cream it makes your hair look greasy. So I recommend using a little and adding more later if it is necessary. I put very little on one hand and rub both hands together and smooth it through my hair. I just simply run my fingers through my hair to apply this. So easy and it works great! Most drugstores – $3.49
For hair spray:

Suave Professionals Touchable Finish Hair Spray Lightweight Hold! I only use the lightweight hold because I hate it when you accidentally spray too much and your hair gets hard. This doesn’t seem to ever happen with the lightweight hold, and if it does you can run a brush through it and it you could never tell. For lightweight hold, it works well. If I have fly aways I simply spray a little in my hand and rub it on the spot I want to be down and hold it there until it dries. Works well and if you spray it in your eye it doesn’t burn (little accident). Most drugstores – $3.49
In case you haven’t noticed, I love the Suave Professionals products.
I’m all about saving money and these products are cheap and work just as well as the expensive kind. There is no need to spend a lot of money on hair products when cheaper ones do the same thing.
